The problem isn’t finding a method. The problem is figuring out what’s right for you and sticking with it long enough to matter.

Most people don’t need another microwaved fitness plan. They don’t need a complete life overhaul. They need a clear goal, a sensible plan, and enough consistency to make it happen.

That’s where I come in.

WHO I COACH

I like coaching people who have reached the point where they’re ready to stop thinking about it and start doing something about it.

If you’re reading this page, there’s a decent chance that’s you. I don’t believe in twisting anybody’s arm. I don’t do hard sells. I don’t want clients who need convincing.

HOW I THINK ABOUT FITNESS

Fitness is simpler than people think. Consistency is harder than people think.

That’s the whole game.

Most people spend years looking for the perfect programme when they would have been better off following a good one.

The people who succeed aren’t always the most talented. They’re usually the ones who keep showing up long after the novelty has worn off.

Progress is built from small, boring wins. Stack enough of them together and things start changing: your body, your fitness, your confidence, your standards.

THE THREE PILLARS

Everything I do is built around three ideas.

Specificity

We need to know where we’re going.

If you want bigger arms, we don’t spend all day chasing marathon times. If you want to get fitter, we don’t build a programme that only cares about aesthetics.

The destination matters.

Intensity

At some point, you have to ask your body to change.

Not every session needs to feel like a near-death experience, but if nothing is being challenged, nothing is adapting.

Consistency

The king of them all.

Most fitness plans fail for boring reasons. Life gets busy. Motivation fades. Work gets stressful.

People miss a week and decide they’ve ruined everything. The answer is almost never to start again. The answer is usually to keep going.

WHAT WE ACTUALLY DO

I don’t force a system on people. We figure out what makes sense for you.

Together.

Your goals. Your schedule. Your strengths. Your obstacles. Your life.

Then we use the tools that fit: strength training, cardio, HIIT, nutrition, habit change and progress tracking.

Whatever gives you the best chance of success. My job is to help build the plan and then hold you accountable to it.
